Inspired by the legendary Pipeworks Brewing in Chicago, we bring you Tile Cutter! Til Cutter is an American Pale Ale with only Pilsner and Carapils malts, a neutral yeast, and excessive amounts of Mosaic - especially in the dry-hop.

It’s less bitter than our Modern West Coast IPA’s, but still has a solid bitterness. A slightly softer body and a touch of malt sweetness, and just huge amounts of pineapple, mango and blueberry aromas coming from all that delicious Mosaic.
